FAQs
How does your debt collection process work?
We follow a structured four-phase process, starting with investigative research and formal demand letters, escalating to in-person visits, public accountability measures, and, if necessary, full legal enforcement, including public court orders.
What types of debts do you collect?
We recover commercial, consumer, and tenancy-related debts, including unpaid invoices, rental arrears, loan defaults, and other financial obligations. If you’re owed money, we take action.
What happens if the debtor refuses to pay?
Non-payment triggers escalation—our enforcement measures include in-person collection visits, public exposure in The Compliance Register, and legal prosecution. Once we take action, ignoring the debt is no longer an option.
How much does your service cost?
We operate on a No Collection, No Fee basis. Our fees are contingency-based, meaning we only get paid when you do. If legal action is required, we discuss all costs upfront.
Can you really publish a debtor’s name?
Yes—where legally permissible, we list non-compliant debtors in The Compliance Register, ensuring full transparency and accountability. Additionally, we have partnerships with major news outlets, allowing us to further expose cases of persistent non-payment, ensuring that those who evade their financial obligations face real reputational consequences. Settling the debt is the only way to be removed.
Where are you based, and do you operate in other cities?
We are based in Canberra, but our operations extend nationwide. For cases outside our primary jurisdiction, we can deploy our team to other cities for on-site investigations and enforcement for an additional fee. No matter where the debtor is, we have the resources to ensure they don’t escape their financial obligations.
